One you are logged in, you can setup capture profiles for any of the big three social networks:

Twitter, Facebook or Linkedin.

2. Choose Source

This is the fun part! Now you can decide if you want to capture a timeline, Facebook wall, Twitter list, or the postings made by a friend or follower.

3. Set your Options

Decide when and where you want your archive messages sent You can specify email X-headers, add XML to the message, set a schedule, etc.

How does this work again?

It's really pretty simple, you setup one or more social media accounts to monitor, and every day we will capture all the content that was posted and send each item to your current bank email archive. No new hardware or systems to manage, no long term commitment and you can say all of your social media activity is compliant with federal and state banking regulations. Pretty sweet, right?

Do I have to give you my passwords?

Nope, and we will never ask for them. You authorize a social account, using oAuth, the same way you would with any social application. We will only ever READ from the account, and we never post or modify content without your permission.

Do you store copies of our content in an archive?

Nope. That is the beauty of this whole thing! You already have a messaging archive that supports eDiscovery, legal hold and all of the other concerns required by law. So, we focus on getting messages out of the big social networks and into the archives you already support. Very simple, very easy!
